Her work combines strategy with hands-on execution, often in environments where high-level thought leadership and discretion are as important as momentum.
With over 20 years experience, she has worked as both a founder and an executive, building, scaling, and advising businesses across consumer, culture, wellness, and technology, working alongside brands such as Harrods, Cartier, Pandora, Reebok, SBE Group and Frito Lay.
Katrina partners closely with founders and principals during periods of innovation, growth, and transition, and maintains long-term advisory roles with a select group of ventures.
